I love the history behind this fabric collection, and knew I had use it.
After recently learning how to make a "One Block Wonder" quilt, I decided the bold wool print would make great hexagons to frame the vintage coats. All of the vintage buttons used for embellishment belonged to my late mother.

NOTE: The attached photos do not show the quilt after being quilted (it is currently being quilted, but I didn't want to miss the deadline for submission)
